Exploring the Cambridge Postdoc Experience

In this panel discussion, we explore the lives of three female Black postdocs at different stages of their careers and examine the challenges and opportunities they face navigating the Cambridge ecosystem.

Panellists will share advice on how to find your place in the Cambridge postdoc community, and they will highlight what more can be done to help minoritized academics to thrive (and not just survive) in their academic or entrepreneurial journey.

The panel discussion will conclude with a Q&A with the audience and networking reception.
