Race Equality at Cambridge

The University of Cambridge recognises the importance of strengthening equality and inclusion, and of promoting dignity, respect and a sense of belonging for people of all ethnicities and races.

Our aim is to improve racial equality at the University by driving cultural and organisational change to ensure that we excel in attracting and supporting Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic staff and students, while creating an environment that is conducive to openly discussing race-related issues and challenging racism.
